The Study On The Question Of How Venture Capital Promotes The Transformation Of Achievements Of S&T Of Colleges And Universities In Nanjing City

Colleges and universities especially the colleges and universities of research type possess important position in national scientific research campaign as well as national innovation system, the achievements of S&T of colleges and universities possess great proportion in the innovation accomplishment of science and technology of our country. Venture capital organizations, as the finance organization supporting development of the start business, play very important role in the marketization and industrialization of high-tech products. The transformation of achievements of S&T of colleges and universities need the support of venture capital. The achievements of S&T of colleges and universities also are the suitable object of Venture capital organizations. So there should be close connections between the universities and venture capital organizations. But in reality venture capital organizations doesn't invest much in the achievements of S&T of colleges and universities.This article starts from the questions that venture capital organizations are insufficient to invest in the transformation of the achievements of S&T of colleges and universities in Nanjing City. By investigating with venture capital organizations, the university scientific researchers and the enterprises in the university science and technology garden, we studied the main barrier factors that are influencing the investment behavior of venture capital organizations in the achievements of university science and technology and then proposed the corresponding countermeasure. This article altogether divides into four parts: The first part is question proposing; The second part theoretically analyzed venture capital organizations' support to the transformation of the university achievements of S&T; The third part is the positive study on the venture capital organizations' support to the transformation of university achievements of S&T; The fourth part has conducted the conesponding countermeasure research in view of the questions.
