| From 2000 to 2009,the domestic automobile market has been growing dramatically except 2008 owing to suffering the financial crisis.In the other years,the growth rate of sales reached at about 20%.After 2011,the automobile industry began to enter into a stable growth phase.To 2014,the growth of sales fell down to 10%approximately.With the increase of ownership in auto industry,the growth of annual sales turned out to be down.Meanwhile,influenced by pre-market,the industry capacity in 2015 is expected to reach 20 million volumes.With market competitive pressures increased sharply,the profit space of manufactures and channel will grow slowly.Besides,the sales model of auto industry will be under attack by e-commerce,facing a transition.Before 2012,the E-commerce was unable to be independent without offline system because the sales process is complicated such as test drive,cars reserved and the delivery.So it didn’t fully develop in the era of B2C,C2C.After2012,the maturity of O2O model met the demand of online payment and offline delivery.It is the trend of the times and makes up for the disadvantage of the traditional sales model.How to build 020 platform and how to optimize the sales process in 020 platform becomes particularly important.To answer this question,taking Beijing-Hyundai as research object,starting from O2O e-commerce model,according to the relevant marketing theory,propose the solutions of O2O e-commerce system construction.In this paper,apply the literature research and investigation method.Firstly,identify the types of O2O e-commerce model by conducting research on automotive industry and the current status of Beijing-Hyundai O2O system.Secondly,according to the company’s latest strategy on the development of digital marketing,in order to better utilize digital language and interact with customers,for further sales increase,preliminarily construct the framework of O2O platform.Finally,adjust the current sales model based on O2O plat form.Formulate the marketing strategy which is accord with the company’s current development.Through research,in order to adapt the trend of industry strategic transformation,to continuously improve the company competitiveness and meet market demand,draw a conclusion of new sales model in the era of Internet.Provide a reference for the auto companies relied on traditional channel. |
