Research On Financial Risk Analysis And Control Of SCP Project For A Company

At present,with the development of domestic building market continues to grow,the construction unit is like bamboo shoots after a spring rain as the increase of the number,and provides a new vitality and development to the construction industry,but also accompanied by the enterprises in these emerging architectural challenges the old order industry,bring more fierce competition.It is because of this present existence,the core results of the project cost--economic ability becomes more and more important for construction enterprise,traditionally,identification,evaluation,strengthen the financial risk control of each stage of the project,will contribute directly to the economic upgrading project management,so as to effectively enhance the core competitiveness of the project.This dissertation starts from the angle of financial risk management of the project,taking SCP project as an example,from the viewpoint of construction enterprises,first through the method of risk questionnaire mainly financial risk factors to make the project identification,then according to the presence of risk factors with the corresponding financial data of the engineering project are analyzed,the calculation of the project the profit ability,debt paying ability indicators,the average level of industry and area,the comparison of the differences and do the analysis,measure with the calculated value,at the same time,fully consider the project may have uncertainties,using analysis method to analysis and evaluation of the profit and loss balance,so as to find out the risk factors,a larger impact on the project finance operation at the same time,the use of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the combination of the SCP project,according to the actual production situation,the contract situation and market environment,financial management status of enterprise comprehensive consideration,as fully as possible,a comprehensive assessment of financial risk status of the SCP project.According to the risk assessment concluded that,to establish early warning mechanism in the process of the corresponding project department,for projects in the financial risk prevention,control gives the specific implementation.According to the monthly,quarterly and annual the time node,the use of such a loop control way,to strengthen financial management project during the period of the SCP project risk control in the normal construction,the production process.Use of project risk management and control and actual control will help to the peak period of construction financial management into the offer,also contributes to the construction enterprises to increase economic efficiency,to avoid the risk of occurrence,also can offer reference to the future in the financial risk management of similar projects research experience and reference.
