Research On Risk Identification And Assessment Of Supply Chain In The Context Of Suppliers Involvement Into The Complex Product Development Based On Enterprises In The Equipment Manufacturing Industry

The characteristics of complex product is involving high technology,many interdisciplines,complicated structure and so on in the result of high complicated network in complex equipment product supply chain.The focus of company development is how it exploit product satisfied by consumers quickly in the face of the customized and various needs.It has turned out that the cooperation between suppliers and manufacturers can low the cost and risks.Although equipment manufacture companies use this new mold of product exploitation,there are complicated supply chains,many provider,various plies of supply chains and high uncertainty between lines of business and outside environment.A fat risk factors would contribute to the failure of whole exploit activity so that the risk management in the participation of suppliers is significant.The identification and assessment of suppliers are based on risk management.At present,for the few investigation in risk management and the contracts of the reality in complicated equipment companies,it is meaningful to select the topic of thesis.At present,the study of supply chain risk is mainly related to the origin and types of risk with few specified business.The investigation of the complex products exploitation with the participation of suppliers focuses on the risk of single enterprises.This thesis considers the characteristics of complex equipment product and puts forward the idea through selecting the interview that industry experts supply chains with the management processes of new product exploitation and specified process of supply risk identification under the situation.There are five types' primary risks involving the risk of cooperation development,the risk of production operations,the risk of organization and coordination,the risk of requirement and regulation and these six types subdivide into seventeen secondary risks.The assessment model of neural network and the assessment system based on the risk elements use case of the H project in A enterprise.During the period of the development of H project,the highest risk of model is the model of electro mechanics.Then,the model of electromechanical module would be sorted using FMEA and we will discover the real problems in the risks of requirements and organization and coordination.At last,we will raise the suggestion of precaution and management according to this.This study enrich the theory of supply risk on the condition of the complex product exploitation with the participation of suppliers and provide real and useful experience in the aspects of supply risk for equipment manufacture enterprises.
