In the supply chain, risks conduction are widespread. There are correlation among risks. Therefore in the process of supply chain risks identification and assessment, risks conduction need to be considered. In the past, risks conduction isn’t considered in the process of supply chain risks identification and assessment. As a result, the results of supply chain risks identification and assessment are biased. Eventually enterprises may choose the wrong risk control strategies, which bring the huge losses. In view of this, this paper studies the problem and searches the methods of supply chain risks identification and assessment which consider the risks conduction. The purpose is to make the result of risks identification and assessment more accurate and provide the effective decision support for enterprises. Eventually the losses of enterprises caused by risks will be reduced.On the basis of analyzing the problem of supply chain risks identification and assessment, this paper deeply studies the methods of supply chain risks identification and assessment which considering the risks conduction. The research mainly includes the following four aspects.(1) This paper refine the problem of supply chain risks identification and assessment which considering the risks conduction. Through analyzing the actual background of supply chain risks identification and assessment, This paper refine the problem of supply chain risks identification and assessment which considering the risks conduction.(2) This paper put forward a method of supply chain risks identification which considering the risks conduction. Because there are correlation among risks, the method of supply chain risks identification which is based on DEMATEL is proposed. Firstly, the risks and the correlation information among risks in the each enterprises of supply chain are got. Then, the correlation information among supply chain risks are transfer into the form of triangular fuzzy number so that information can be gathered. Further, the center degrees of risk factors in the each enterprises of supply chain are calculated. On the basis of the center degrees, the risk factors in the each enterprises are sorted. Eventually the key risk factors are identified.(3) This paper put forward a method of supply chain risks assessment which considering the risks conduction. Because there are correlation among risks, the method of Bayesian network is proposed to assess the enterprise internal total risks value which considering the risks conduction. Firstly, based on the causal relationship among risks, a Bayesian network is constructed. Then, the conditional probability is calculated. Finally, the total risks of enterprises which considering the risks conduction in the internal enterprises. Based on the risks conduction among enterprises, risks value are got through calculating the relationship degrees between enterprises. Eventually the overall value of risks are got.(4) This paper showed the potential application of the proposed method. On the basis of specific background of M food supply chain, this paper showed the application of the methods of supply chain risks identification and assessment which considering the risks conduction and proved that it is practical and reasonable.This paper put forward the methods of supply chain risks identification and assessment which considering the risks conduction, which solved the problem of supply chain risks identification and assessment. It laid a foundation for the related research. The methods can provide the effective decision support for enterprises and minimize the loss.
