Land system is the basis of the rural social economic development.Since China's reform and opening up,family land contracted household responsibility system,to some extent improve the efficiency of land use in China.But with the continuous development of the socialist market economy,land and finely,the ambiguity of ownership,power rent-seeking,diversification,and right to the contracted management of land circulation,and even damage to the interests of farmers,and a series of malpractices ever-bubbling spring.In view of this,to change of land system in our country,explore a kind of land management mode which accords with the situation of our country is particularly important.With the continuous deepening of the reform of rural land,can make full use of rural land moderate flow continuously enhance the level of land scale management and strengthen the agricultural production efficiency,thus lay a foundation for agricultural modernization in China.Based on property rights theory,scale management theory and sustainable development theory as the basis,through the government procurement in domestic and foreign research results summary analysis,the existing farm land management in China from the development process,this paper analyses the status quo of the current rural land management in China,in-depth analysis of the current rural land management in China and the existing problems and the reasons,explore the factors influencing the land scale management.Status as the breakthrough point,to analyze the YanHu farming in YanHu farm land management present situation analysis,and the factors affecting the YanHu farm land scale management is analyzed.Integrated with YanHu farm in China in terms of land management of the actual situation of the SWOT analysis was carried out on the share-holding system of land management,to suggest that the main mode of joint-stock land management,design choices and basis of land management and introduce the joint-stock system of land management pattern relevant guarantee measures are put forward.
