As the rise of the tide that public entrepreneurshipab and peoples innovation,the whole country from the government,to the enterprise,to school are putting forward innovative concept,calling the spirit of innovation,cultivating innovation ability.There are many factors that drive innovation,the constructive leadership behavior is an important factor to be neglected.More and more scholars began to shift focus to the leadership behavior with Chinese characteristics.When combing the constructive leadership theory literature at home and abroad in recent years,it is widely existed that western scholars pay attention on the unassuming manner and leadership behavior,such as humble leadership behavior.Since 2012 the humble leadership behavior was well-being,the number scholars of study on the humble leadership behavior in our country is rising.On account of Chinese are influenced by the traditional culture of "polite","pride hurts,modesty benefits",humility is quite common in Chinese enterprises.However the domestic research on the humble leadership has just started,no more than 20 articles.This raises a question: why do western scholars pay more attention to the humble leadership behavior? The existing research shows that the humble leadership can produce positive effect on employee creativity,work performance in western countries.Employee creativity can be converted into the actual ability to innovate under certain conditions.There are some studies have proved that some intermediary variables and adjust play a role in the mechanism of action of the humble leadership,which still have some shortages that lack of the research of the mechanism between humble leadership behavior and innovation ability.China is a network with human society,leader-member exchange and psychological authorization are the important factor to work activity,so whether there is some correlation between leader-member exchange and psychological authorization between the humble leadership and innovation ability? Further research on this question,uncover black box of the mechanism of the humble leadership,it is useful to promote our country enterprise innovation ability and enhance the international competitiveness.This article summarizes the relevant literature of the humble leadership behavior,the employee innovation ability,psychological authorization and LMX(Leader-Member Exchange,LMX),put forward hypothesis that the influence of humble leadership on the employee innovation ability,and psychological authorization intermediary role and the adjustment of LMX.
