Humble Leadership is one kind of bottom-up leadership, which refers to the humble behavior of leader. It is based on the concept of humble in psychology, and will extend the range and depth of the concept of traditional leadership theory. The study of humble leadership can help us deepen the understanding of humble leadership, in order to explore the effect of humble leadership on employee.In this study, we develop humble leadership initial questionnaire through literature review, open interviews, questionnaires and other methods, and revised the initial questionnaire to make the formal questionnaire through preliminary examination and item analysis. Then, we found humble leadership have three factors. Based on this, we used empirical methods such as correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the effect of humble laedership on voice behavior and innovation performance, the mediating role of commitment and perceived organizational support. The results showed that:(1) Humble leadership is a multi-dimentional concept, including lead by example, modest to learn and praise subordinates;(2) Humble leadership and its dimensions have a significant positive impact on voice behavior and innovation performance;(3) Commitment has partial mediate effect on the relationship between humble leadership and voice behavior;(4). Perceived organizational support has partial mediate effect on the relationship between humble leadership and innovation performance; Finally, this study proposed management practice for enterprise of humble leadership, and proposed future research prospects.
