Founded in 1950,China Railway Fifth Bureau B Company has a long history of development and is a strong construction force in China.In exploring the new path of state-owned enterprise reform and development under the new situation,the employees of the company directly determine the survival efficiency of the enterprise.To realize the revitalization and development of state-owned enterprises,we must first solve the problem of "people".As the core elements of enterprise development,every outstanding enterprise leader should use the effective way to bring out the wisdom of employees and transform them.Achieve organizational goals for the organization's productivity.The key part of the wisdom of employees can become the driving force for the development and progress of the organization.The key part is the employee's suggestion.This is a typical citizen behavior,which not only can effectively improve the performance of employees,help enterprises to avoid risks reasonably,but also can adjust existing ones.The organizational operation mode achieves the purpose of effectively improving the efficiency of business operations.Therefore,it is imperative to study the predisposing factors and the working principles of the employees of Company B.Based on the theory of leadership behavior,this paper selects the humble leader as the research object.In the empirical analysis,the mediator variable and the adjustment variable are the psychological authorization and power distance respectively.After constructing the model,I hope to find the relationship between the employee's suggestive behavior and the humble leadership behavior.Correlation.By establishing a model to test the research hypothesis,combined with the questionnaire survey of 228 leaders and employees of Company B,this study found that humble leaders are positively affecting employees' opinions;psychological empowerment plays a mediating role in the relationship between humble leaders and employees.The power distance plays a negative role in regulating the humble leadership and the employee's behavior.
