Research On The Intrinsic Mechanism Of Technological Diversification To Innovation Performance

By the 2008 US subprime mortgage crisis,the impact of China's enterprises rely on exports to earn commercial profits of the era gone.At the same time,China has implemented innovation-driven development strategy to transform the economic growth mode,but most of the enterprises in China still lack innovation ability.With the increasing complexity of the innovation process,technology diversification for enterprises to maintain its market access to sustainable competitive advantage is important,but the theoretical circles for the technical diversification and innovation performance of the mechanism of action is still unclear.For the mechanism of the interaction between technology diversification and innovation performance,this study explores the mechanism of the interaction between technology diversification and innovation performance by introducing technology reconfiguration.On the basis of the existing researches,the author thinks that the process of technological reconstruction is the process of knowledge search,and the technical reconstruction is divided into creative refactoring and refined reconstruction.Then,based on the existing research on combing technology diversification and innovation management,this study explores the mediating role of technology reengineering between technology diversification and innovation performance.At the same time,it introduces enterprise openness,and then explores the degree of openness of enterprises to technology diversification And technical restructuring between the regulatory role.This study takes 371 listed companies in pharmaceutical,biotechnology and life sciences sub-sectors of technology and equipment sub-sector and medical care industry in Shanghai and Shenzhen as examples,using linear regression model to analyze The relationship between technical diversification and innovation performance under the condition of different enterprises' openness and the mediating effect between creative diversification and innovative performance.The empirical results show that technology diversification has a significant positive effect on innovation performance of enterprises,and both creative refactoring and refined reconstruction play an intermediary role between technology diversification and innovation performance,but the intermediary relationship is regulated by enterprise openness.,The relationship between diversification and creative reengineering is not significant for the refinement of refactoring.In the end,this paper summarizes the theoretical value of this paper,and provides practical suggestions for Chinese enterprises in transitional development,so as to make it less tortuous in the process of technological diversification.
