Research On Shougang Hierro Peru New Area Project Financing Risk

According to the relevant "going out" policy of China,from the beginning of this century,Chinese enterprises invested in the oil,mining and other resource-based projects.For overseas mining projects,including not only the construction of the mine facilities,but also auxiliary systems and infrastructure investment,mining projects require much and long cycle funding,it is difficult to solve funds required if only depending on investors’ own funds investment,and it is a better choice to solve the current problem by using project financing foreign investment in mining.The main topic on this paper is following:(1)Based on the progress of Shougang Hierro Peru New project financing progress this paper discusses comprehensively the current mining project financing risk management theory,analyses the various stages of the Peruvian district project risk.(2)This paper establishes the risk evaluation index system.And AHP method is applied to the project risk is evaluated.(3)This paper also analysis geological risk,development risk,develop mining rights and licenses granted risk,infrastructure risk,completion risk,market risk,credit and financial risk,country risk,and community risk,and proposes causes and impact of the community risk,finally researches the risk control and processing by the risk assessment conclusions.This paper does the detail research of project risk management for mining project financing mode,Investigates the mining project risk management system on the construction project financing mode which is suitable for mining project.Meanwhile,risk identification,risk evaluation,risk control and processing from several aspects such as research and analysis,and risk monitoring and guard against a series of effective measures are put forward,also for future related work to provide a basic research model and the research train of thought.
