With the development of information technology, enterprises information construction as a breakthrough point of ERP system has become a popular object of many enterprises. Our country enterprises have used ERP project in management for a long time, but the results are still unsatisfactory in fact, and the gap between the western developed countries is great. The success rate of domestic ERP project is not high, the most important reason is that from the demand analysis to the operation and maintenance stage, there has been some higher risks. If enterprises can assess the risks of ERP project correctly, they will greatly improve the success rate of ERP system implementation, and ultimately enhance their competitiveness.Risk is usually very vague, it is difficult to directly get the results of the analysis, only can be divided into large, small or general and so on. At present, ERP projects in our coal mining enterprises do not have enough historical data, and the data obtained so hard. Therefore, the author decides to assess the ERP project risk of coal mining enterprises comprehensively by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, discussing mainly from three aspects:the risk identification, the risk assessment by establishing a index system, and the risk control measures.First of all, the paper describes the research background and significance of the topic, and puts forward the innovation points for the specific situation of China’s coal mining enterprises ERP project on the basis of the analysis of domestic and foreign ERP projects; Secondly, the paper describes the relevant theory of ERP system, ERP project risk identification and evaluation of the relevant knowledge, as well as the characteristics and problems of China’s coal mining enterprises ERP; Again, gives full consideration to the whole stage of ERP project implementation of coal mining enterprises, and qualitative analysis on the common risks of ERP implementation, especially in the other risk, points out that during the time when coal industry has fallen into a dilemma and the situation is not optimistic, the coal mining enterprises are seeking new development, docking with coal chemical industry, power plants and other industries. Docking risk may occur in this process, and we will obtain the important risk factors of ERP project; Finally, the paper establishes a set of risk evaluation index system through empirical analysis, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk of ERP project, and puts forward the corresponding control measures.
