| As a new enterprise organization mode,virtual enterprises can integrate enterprises’core resources and respond to market opportunities within the shortest time.It is an effective method for enterprises to enhance market competitiveness and gain a competitive advantage.There are lots of issues to be considered in constructing a virtual enterprise.One of the key issues is partner selection.A good partner selection scheme can reduce the product development risk,improve product quality,cut the development cost and be beneficial to virtual enterprises’ operation.Considering the increasingly serious problem of environmental protection,and the correlation between manufacturing and transportation,this article takes carbon emissions as one of the indicators of selecting partners and studies the green partner selection problem of virtual enterprises which integrates manufacturing and transportation partners.In chapter one,this paper introduces the background,definition,characteristics and forms of cooperation of virtual enterprises,analyzes the existing researches of the partner selection problem and puts forward the significance of the research.In chapter two,this paper describes the theoretical foundation of virtual enterprises partner selection.This paper firstly introduces the classification of partners and the attentions as well as basic principles of partner selection,then analyzes the influences and complexity of partner selection and summaries the detailed process about partner selection,and finally presents the fuzzy data processing method.In chapter three,this paper thinks about the carbon emissions and precedence relationship.Taking precedence relationship,due date and carbon emissions as constraints,this paper establishes the green partner selection model which integrates manufacturing and transportation partners with the objective of minimizing the cost,and proposes an improved bat algorithm adding a mutation strategy to solve it.Finally,an example is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.In chapter four,this paper studies the multi-objective green partner selection problem on the basis of the third chapter.Taking precedence relationship and due date as constraints,this chapter establishes the green partner selection model with the objectives of minimizing the cost,minimizing the carbon emissions and maximizing the average credit,and solves the model with the improved bat algorithm whose fitness function is constructed by using TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution).In chapter five,this paper develops a prototype system for green partner selection with the tool of MyEclipse 10.This paper firstly outlines the key technologies of system implementation,and then designs the system functions and system database.Finally,the example of a hydro-generator project is used to illustrate the system implementation.Finally,this paper summarizes the whole work and the further researches. |
