In the era of knowledge economy,with the continuous improvement of science and technology and the rapid development of economy,more and more scholars recognize that the endogenous theory of competitive advantage gradually replace the exogenous theory of competitive advantage,which becomes an important source of enterprise competitive advantage.In the final analysis,today's enterprise competition is the competition of resource and ability,especially the knowledge,but also the power of enterprises to create value.As the important embodiment of enterprise knowledge,intellectual capital is the key to improve the core competitiveness.Through the empirical study,many scholars demonstrate that intellectual capital and organizational learning not only can hasten the enterprise knowledge innovation,but also can lead to an improvement of enterprise performance and value,which makes the fierce competition of the enterprise in the invincible position.But at present,academia study less on the relationship between the theory of the two and strategy performance,and the empirical research is relatively scarce.Therefore,organizational learning is viewed as an intermediate variable in this paper,for the purpose of exploring the impact of enterprise intellectual capital to strategy performance,which has significant theoretical and practical value to a large degree.Consequently,on basis of the enterprise intellectual capital theory and previous researches,the enterprise intellectual capital is divided into three dimensions,which are the human capital,organization capital and market capital.Moreover,proceed from the perspective of value creation,the relationship model of enterprise intellectual capital,organizational learning and strategy performance is established,and then an appropriate research hypothesis is proposed.After that,on the basis of survey data from the questionnaires,and the use of statistical software of SPSS 19.0 and LISREL8.70 for data analysis descriptive statistics,reliability analysis,validity analysis,multiple regression analysis and structural equation modeling analysis,it is verified that enterprise intellectual capital has a positive effect on strategy performance,and organizational learning do plays an intermediate role between enterprise intellectual capital and strategy performance.Among them,the organization capital promotes strategy performance more than human capital and market capital,and plays a leading role in the impact of enterprise intellectual capital to strategy performance;organizational learning do plays different intermediate role between enterprise intellectual capital and strategy performance.Ultimately,on the basis of the research results of this paper,as well as the management practices of enterprises and unions,this paper puts forward suggestions for the purpose of promoting the improvement of strategy performance and enterprise value.
