Scientific research teams support the training of scientific innovation talents and the realization of Chinese scientific and technological innovation system.With the support of scientific research teams' research ability and resource conditions,we can not only enhance the ability of the transformation of Chinese scientific and technological innovation ability,but can also improve Chinese scientific and technological innovation system so as to enhance Chinese capacity of independent-innovation.However,because of so many factors such as the differences of organizational institution,leadership behavior,cooperative atmosphere and so on,it will result that different methods and principles exist during the process of innovation and the fact that different leadership leads out different performance.At the same time,these factors also impact on the degree of self-confidence during the process of innovation in use of one's own ability to complete the goal of innovation.And the innovation performance of scientific research teams is the important outcome of the factors,but through the domestic and abroad researches,the research based on the organization,leadership and membership is few.In view of this,this paper discusses the effects of the interaction between organization and member,leader and member,member and member and self-efficacy to the innovation performance of scientific research teams,based on the social exchange theory.Based on the existing theoretical analysis of social exchange relationship and self-efficacy,this paper explores the process of the impact of the social exchange relationship and self-efficacy on the performance of scientific research teams,by means of empirical analysis through SPSS and AMOS.Results are as follow:(1)the social exchange relationship in scientific research teams has a positive impact on innovation performance,included,the impact of organization-member exchange relationship to innovation willingness and innovation behavior is significant,the impact of leader-member exchange relationship to innovation willingness and innovation outcome is significant,the impact of member-member exchange relationship to innovation willingness is significant;(2)all of the three kinds of social exchange relationship in scientific research teams have a positive impact to self-efficacy;(3)self-efficacy plays a immediating role between the three kinds of social exchange relationship and innovation performance.According to the conclusions,this paper proposes several management-practical suggestions from the three levels of organization,leader and member,namely to allocate organizational resources rationally,establish good leadership behavior and build trusting atmosphere in scientific research teams so as to improve the self-efficacy of scientific research team members and then promote their innovation willingness,generate innovation behavior and output innovation outcome.At the same time,this paper also provides some suggestions for the management of scientific research teams in our country and the integration of human resources in enterprises.
