Knowledge Sharing Analysis Of Scientific Research Team Based On Social Network Analysis

Scientific research team is the main force of knowledge innovation.It plays a vital role in social progress,technological innovation and economic development in China.The research level of the scientific research team represents the scientific research level and innovation level of our country,and it is also the key factor to enhance the comprehensive national strength of our country.With the coming of the era of knowledge economy,the knowledge sharing of scientific research team determines the final knowledge creation and knowledge innovation,and determines the overall scientific research level of the team.With the rapid development of the Internet and the changing trend of the development of knowledge communication and communication,how to achieve efficient knowledge sharing in the scientific research team has become the focus of attention of scholars.Through a systematic review of relevant research on knowledge sharing of scientific research team at home and abroad,this study defines and combs the related concepts and theories of knowledge sharing,scientific research team and research team type.On the basis of knowledge sharing analysis of scientific research team,the social network analysis method is used to construct the knowledge sharing model of scientific research team.Then we put forward a strategy to enhance the knowledge sharing level of scientific research team.This study is divided into six parts,first of all,the first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background of the knowledge sharing of the current scientific research team,puts forward the research problems and significance of this paper,reviews the relevant research at home and abroad,reviews the shortcomings of the previous research,and puts forward some parts to be improved.The second chapter reviews related theories,such as social exchange theory,social cognition theory and social network analysis,and defines the connotation of knowledge sharing,scientific research team and scientific research team.The third part mainly analyzes the knowledge type,knowledge sharing system,motivation and knowledge sharing mechanism of scientific research team knowledge sharing.The fourth part takes ascientific research team in Heilongjiang as an example,and uses the social network analysis method to analyze its internal knowledge sharing behavior,and on this basis,a knowledge sharing model of scientific research team is built.The fifth chapter is based on the above research,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further enhance the knowledge sharing mode and level of scientific research team.The sixth chapter makes a systematic summary of the full text,puts forward the main conclusions of this study,and looks forward to the future research content of the knowledge sharing behavior of the scientific research team.
