Research On Planning And Design Of Suburban Agri-tourism Park And Interest Balance Mechanism

Since the late 1970 s,China has experienced three decades of industrialization process,with the rapid development of national economy,China's urbanization level rising,more and more cities stimulate the increase in demand all aspects of people living.At the same time,China also faces the shortage of resources and environment worsening problem.With the city resources shortage,people need a buffer area,provide entertainment places for urban residents.Suburb resort on the basis of ecological agriculture and leisure agriculture,through the introduction of high-tech,builds comfortable recreational environment,provide daily supply of agricultural products for urban population.Urban consumption population and economic resources,make urban and rural integration of the new economic environment,so as to realize the exchange of urban and rural.On the basis of carding literature,this paper defines the associated with this article several important concepts;Analyzed the development course of domestic and foreign agricultural leisure resort area and the main problems of them at present;Based on the current situation of leisure agriculture in our country,the suburb leisure agriculture area are classified and the paper analyses the planning and design of the main theories and comb.suzhou yangcheng lake leisure agriculture area planning is as a case,using PEST analysis,five model analysis,SWOT analysis of internal and external environment of the project,based on the partition of landscape planning,transport planning,industry planning scheme of system analysis,this paper discusses the existing conditions of interests balance mechanism,make the program more reasonable economic benefit,environmental benefit and social benefit.The results of this study show that: firstly,ecological leisure agriculture has the dual characteristics of traditional and time;secondly,agricultural leisure resort area planning,need comprehensive regional landscape resources,ecological resources,agricultural resources,tourism resources and cultural resources,the balance of an orderly and upgrade,so that the project was orderly and sustainable development;thirdly,how to agriculture and rural areas in the planning and city resources for effective interaction is critical to the success of the project.
