Study On The Mode Selection Of Leisure Agriculture Development In Xiangzhou District

Leisure agriculture is one of the effective paths of transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture.It has obvious attribute characteristics of the three production and integration.The development pattern of leisure agriculture is varied.On the basis of ensuring agricultural production,the suitable development mode of leisure agriculture provides many recreational services such as sightseeing,holiday,health caring and entertainment for urban residents,increasing the experience and increasing the employment opportunities and economic income for the local farmers,and promoting the rural economic growth and social progress.Therefore,the choice of leisure agriculture development mode has gradually become the focus of research and practice in agricultural development.The research area of Xiangzhou District is an agricultural area.It is the main battlefield for Xiangyang to expand eastward and northward.The position of strategic development is very important.Therefore,the use of local advantages of agricultural resources,homeopathic activation of growth engine and development of leisure agriculture has become a key issue.This paper collate and summarize the related theories and concepts of leisure agriculture and literature at home and abroad.Through field investigation,we conclude that the existing mode of leisure agriculture in Xiangzhou District mainly includes three types:Tourism and leisure mode,historical and cultural tourism mode and peasant family music mode.The existing questions include the single organization mode,the idle waste of agricultural resources,the few types of leisure agriculture,the project is identical seriously,the lack of corresponding laws and regulations,and farmers' overall quality is low.Then we choose the leisure agriculture development model in Japan,the United States,Taiwan and Nanjing Jiangning to carry on the case analysis and experience for reference.On the basis of the leisure agriculture theory,the case experience and the actual situation of Xiangzhou District,we plan and design three types of leisure agriculture development modes,which are divided into the idyllic complex model,the agricultural park model,the characteristic farming mode,and the comprehensive application.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Delphy Fa's comparison and analysis of the three models are made.Finally,it is concluded that the three modes of leisure agriculture are all in good level.At the end of this paper,some suggestions are put forward from the two aspects of the government and the operators to choose the mode of the development of leisure agriculture,in order to provide some useful ideas for the direction and strategy of the development of leisure agriculture in Xiangzhou District.
