In the transition period of supply-side structural reform, improving the supply quality of land, capital, labor and other production factors can improve the total factor production efficiency and promote the healthy and sustainable development of economy and society.Faced with the general inefficient idle problem of land for industrial enterprises and the demand of urban land expansion, the realization of intensive land use is a more effective way. Therefore, the evaluation of intensive use of land for industrial enterprises can accurately analyze the existing problems and causes in the use of land for industrial enterprises, significantly improve the intensive use of industrial enterprises, and provide a basis for the optimal allocation of urban industrial resources. This paper takes Xiangcheng district of Suzhou city as the object of empirical study.High frequency evaluation index of existing research results was selected and combined with the requirements in technical guidelines for land use survey of industrial enterprises in Jiangsu province(revised edition in 2017).In this paper, ecological evaluation indexes are added, and an indicator system of 7 factors including economy, society and ecology is finally constructed. The entropy method-TOPSIS was used to measure the intensive utilization degree of 5085 industrial land in Xiangcheng district.K-means clustering analysis method divides the evaluation results into five types of intensive utilization:Highly intensive land use occupies 0.2905%;the medium intensive use plot accounted for 1.0226%;general intensive use of land plot accounted for 9.8328%;the general inefficient land use accounted for 20.0787%;and the number of plots with low efficiency accounted for 68.7709%.Kriging interpolation method is adopted to visualize the land intensity of industrial enterprises, and it can be intuitively found that:(1)the Xiangcheng district is widely distributed with land used by industrial enterprises with low efficiency, but the overall spatial distribution pattern of intensive utilization is better in the south than in the north, and better in the east than in the west.(2)the intensive use of industrial enterprises' land presents the spatial feature of block distribution, and shows a high degree of intensive use in the space of industrial parks.(3)A large number of inefficient industrial enterprises exist in the traditional manufacturing industry in Xiangcheng district. The low value-added processing link leads to the low output value and tax revenue of traditional manufacturing industry. The low value-added processing link leads to the low output value and tax revenue of traditional manufacturing industry.Based on the theory of industrial agglomeration and the theory of industrial land recycling, the paper puts forward some suggestions, such as continuing to optimize the supporting construction of industrial parks, promoting the independent promotion of enterprises due to the different allocation of resources, and improving the management awareness of land "reduction" for industrial enterprises,so as to improve the intensive utilization of land for industrial enterprises in Xiangcheng district.
