Research On The Business Model Of Energy Supply Of Pure Electric Vehicles

With the development of economy,the quantity of Chinese automobile has been increased steadily,and the development of automobile industry has increased the consumption of oil.Therefore,the energy crisis and environmental pollution have become more and more serious.Electric energy is cleaner energy.New energy vehicles especially pure electric vehicles are the future's choice considering environment.And energy supply mode is the key point for using electric vehicle in people.Then how to choose the appropriate mode of energy supply to adapt to the development of electric vehicle in China?This thesis summarizes the current development of the electric car energy supply mode at home and abroad and makes analysis of the electric cars by using SWOT,questionnaire survey,the theory of consumer behavior indifference curve and the business model canvas method according to the application of domestic electric vehicle energy supply model.By analyzing the four aspects of pure electric vehicles such as advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,threats,we can get information of the people's attention of the economy and practicability of the use of electric cars.In this thesis,the author makes comparison of the three models of quick charging for electric vehicles,which are the conventional charging mode,mechanical charging mode,and propose a suitable business model according to the actual situation in our country.This thesis draws a clear conclusion on the three energy supply mode of pure electric vehicles which is that each of the charging models has advantages and disadvantages,but the mechanical charging mode has greater advantages compared with the previous two models.It means that the mechanical charging mode is pure in electric mode,because of that this kind of energy supply mode is an effective mode which combined the practicality and economy.It's no difference in using between pure electric vehicles and legacy conventional cars.In the consumption pure electric vehicles will save more money,extra it still does some contribution to the environmental protection.Certainly it can promote the popularization and development of pure electric vehicles,and it is our preferred energy supply mode and we will focus on it then.
