In recent years,the problem of energy shortage and environmental pollution is becoming more and more prominent in the field of transportation and transportation.With the prosperity of Internet and e-commerce,the scale of urban distribution has been expanding,and its adverse effects on urban internal traffic and environment have become increasingly prominent.The pure electric logistics vehicle has been vigorously promoted by the state due to its good energy saving and environmental protection effects,and has become an important measure to achieve "green logistics".However,the technology of pure electric logistics vehicle is not mature.Compared with the fuel vehicle,the short board is obvious,and there are many problems in the distribution process.At present,when the logistics enterprises use pure electric logistics vehicles for urban distribution,they usually do not consider supplementing power in the way of delivery.The utilization rate of social charging facilities is low,which leads to the limited distribution and mileage of vehicles in one day,and the relatively low utilization rate of vehicles.The social charging facilities and special charging facilities can be charged to each other for vehicles,which can effectively extend the vehicle distance,but it is necessary to make a scientific and reasonable distribution scheme to ensure the vehicle to complete the distribution task smoothly.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,this paper studies the scheduling optimization of pure electric logistics vehicles in urban distribution.(1)Introduce the classic vehicle scheduling problem and algorithm.Based on this,the factors that need to be considered in the vehicle scheduling problem of pure electric logistics vehicle are analyzed.This paper introduces the related concepts and advantages and disadvantages of pure electric logistics vehicles,and expounds the development status of pure electric logistics vehicles at home and abroad,the construction of charging facilities and the policy environment.The influencing factors of vehicle mileage,the change of vehicle discharge and related parameters during charging process are emphatically analyzed.(2)This paper analyzes the low utilization rate of social charging facilities in the urban distribution link,the low utilization rate of vehicles and the existence of deep discharge in the current pure electric logistics vehicles.Based on this,this paper describes the problem of scheduling optimization in this paper,focuses on the analysis of the charge demand and the cost composition of various charging modes,determines the model objective function and constraint conditions,and establishes an optimization model for the vehicle scheduling of a pure electric vehicle with the objective of the minimum cost.(3)Take a new energy logistics enterprise in Beijing as an example to make an empirical analysis.The scheduling problem is solved in two cases considering charging demand and not considering charging demand,and the effectiveness of the optimization model is verified.Multi angle comparison and analysis of vehicle scheduling before and after scheduling,the results show that the current vehicle combined with a variety of charging methods in the distribution process can effectively prolong the vehicle mileage,reduce the number of vehicles used,improve the utilization of resources and reduce the distribution of the assembly.
