In recent years,with the rapid development of e-commerce and the improvement of smart phone penetration rate,smart phones are becoming more and more important in people's lives.The traditional PC-based e-commerce model is beginning to be replaced by the emerging MT-based e-commerce model.Mobilize is gradually becoming a new synonym of people's lives and mobile payment industry begins to emerge and develops rapidly.In China,the concept of online banking,third-party payment enterprise and mobile banking begins to emerge.Hence,public knows little about this newly-developing technology.Meanwhile,China has a large number of mobile phone user groups,which means we have unparalleled great advantage in mobile payment development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the factors that restrict the users' use intension of mobile payment and it will help to popularize mobile payment and enhance user stickiness.This study studies the mobile payment use intension based on consumer perspective.In this paper,we summarize the research of related scholars at home and abroad,and then choose the technology acceptance model(TAM)as the main frame of research model.Combining the features of mobile payment,we add the diffusion theory and perceived risk theory to the frame which includes the perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,compatibility,consumer innovative factor and perceived risk factor.And these five factors are taken as direct impact factors on users' use intension of mobile payment.In view of the different capacity of people with different gender and age of accepting mobile payment services,we add the demographic factors to the users'use intension model,aiming at finding the relationship among these factors.Finally,we make the relevant assumptions of these factors.Then,the questionnaire is established according to the theoretical model and it's published on a platform which provides the link of our questionnaire.We could send this link to friends and classmates on various social network platforms(micro message,QQ,watercress,etc.).After the data is collected,we are able to manage our data and clean it.We use statistical analysis software SPSS to analyze the collected data.By SPSS,we could analyze the basic information of data and test the hypothesis of the model framework.We can also verify the correlation among variables and finally find out the factors that have significant influence on users' use intention to mobile payment.After finding the main factors of users' use intension,we need to summarize the correlation rules of these factors and appearance.The paper regards the main factors as input variables,use intension as predictive variable to build the decision tree model with a software called Modeler.With decision tree,this research summarizes the correlation rules which are readable for readers and ultimately realize the forecast of use intension.At last,this paper analyzes the influence of these main factors and finally proposes how to improve users' use intension to use mobile payment service from the perspective of operators and throw out several suggestions for them to promote the development of mobile payment.
