As the continuous development of the Internet financial and mobile business, the mobile payment stepped into daily life. The phenomenon of consumption, payment, financial business through mobile is more and more common. According to the report from the Enfodesk, China mobile pay deals reached 712.3 billion Yuan in 2015.The third-party payment platform developed diversified, mobile payment standard agreement come into a market level, and banking financial institutions joined into mobile payment. These things had promoted the development of the mobile payment market. It should realize the huge potential development of mobile payment market, and many factors such as policy, technology, the user’s influence on the development of mobile payment. For the mobile payment industry stakeholders, they should pay more attention on keeping mobile payment users when they expended the users of the mobile payment market users. They should carry out the study of users continue usage intention and behavior, look for the method of strengthening users’ continuous using intention and behavior.After reviewing the domestic and overseas references and theories of mobile payment, a large number of literatures of mobile payment posited the theme on adopting. But continuous using of mobile payment is less. In this paper, the mobile payment users are research objects, Extend Exception Confirmation Model-Information System Continuous is the basis model combined with the theory of rational behavior, planned behavior, perceived risk theory, used theory, etc. And the models of TAM, UTAUT, ECM, ECM-ISC, etc. Then this paper built a conceptual model, put forward the research hypothesis, and set 9 variables:perceived usefulness, exception confirmation degree, satisfaction, subjective norm, IT self efficacy, perceived risk, habits, contributing factors, continuous using intention. This study received effective 326 questionnaires through questionnaire investigation, then analysis data through the statistical analysis and structural equation model. In final, it got the influence factors of the mobile payment users’ continuous using intention and behavior, and the importance of influencing factors impacted on continuous using.The results obtained from this paper:perceived usefulness, satisfaction, habits, contributing factors, IT self efficacy, exception confirmation degree had positive significant effect on mobile payment continuous intention and behavior. And the effect is on the decrease. Perceived risk had negative significant influence on the continuous using. Subjective norm had no significant influence on the continuous using.Analyzing and comparing these influence factors, this paper put forward suggestions The suggestions of promoting the value of users, reducing customers’ perceived risk, strengthening industrial cooperation, etc, had provided marketing idea for the mobile payment stakeholders. |
