The Study Of Special Equipment Manufacturing Inventory Management And Its Relationship With Enterprise Performance

Special equipment manufacturing industry is an important part of the equipment manufacturing industry,is the national economy departments and defense and infrastructure construction to provide specialized equipment,an important industry.In recent years,the demand for special equipment showed an upward trend,the industry profitability significantly increased,but with the United States,Japan,Germany and other equipment manufacturing industry is still "big but not strong." China’s special equipment manufacturing industry weakness is mainly reflected in the lack of independent innovation capability,enterprises do not have a good independent research and development and innovation capabilities,in addition,due to China’s special equipment manufacturing industry started late,so the basic manufacturing level is relatively backward.With the opening of the national economy,the pressure of international competition in the special equipment manufacturing industry is intensified and closely related.The rise and fall of the industry directly affects the development of the related industries.Therefore,it is important to promote the development of the special equipment manufacturing industry in our country.problem lies in.From the industry operating characteristics,special equipment manufacturing industry is more complex,more categories,different varieties,supplies are not easy to grasp.The complexity of the development of the industry makes the inventory management of machinery and equipment manufacturing more complex,and inventory management for enterprises is related to the cost and effectiveness of the key issues.In this paper,the annual financial data and operating data of 72 listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen special equipment manufacturing companies from 2006 to 2015 are taken as samples.By using Panel Data analysis method,the trend of inventory turnover in China’s special equipment manufacturing industry,the inventory turnover rate The key influencing factors and the relationship between inventory turnover and total return on assets.This paper takes the inventory turnover rate as the operational performance evaluation index of the enterprise,and takes the total return on assets as the financial performance evaluation index of the enterprise.Based on the data of the listed companies in the domestic special equipment manufacturing industry,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Domestic special equipment manufacturing enterprises inventory turnover rate of the trend.(2)The scale of the company,the proportion of fixed assets,gross margin,cost ratio,production flexibility,lead time,sales growth rate and upstream and downstream supply chain relations on China’s special equipment manufacturing enterprises inventory turnover rate impact.(3)The impact of domestic equipment manufacturing enterprises inventory turnover on corporate performance.(4)The impact of domestic and foreign equipment manufacturing enterprises and supply chain upstream and downstream on the inventory turnover rate.Based on the actual data,this paper analyzes the scientific and effective research results by means of scientific theoretical research methods,which is of practical significance to improve the inventory management level and performance level of the special equipment manufacturing industry in our country.Industry empirical research to provide reference.
