With the further maturity of the economy,slowing down,the efficiency of cost reduction will intensify,and as the main source of cost reduction,supply chain management environment,inventory management is particularly important.Supply chain management is the inevitable result of the development of logistics to depth and breadth.Enterprises in order to survive,not only need to develop a good product,sales tasks,but also to the appropriate cost,speed production and timely delivery to the customer's hands.With the rapid development of the global automotive industry,the continuous influx of auto companies,the domestic auto market to become a competitive battlefield for multinational auto companies,domestic car companies are facing enormous pressure,while the automotive industry is facing low profits,but the production capacity But still growing,the global auto production capacity surplus phenomenon is increasingly serious.IEE(Langfang)Electronic Engineering Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as IEE company)sales increased year by year,while the supply chain management also put forward higher requirements,and continuously improve the inventory management level,shorten the inventory turnover cycle,improve inventory turnover,Supply chain sector urgently needs to improve key performance indicators.How to improve the efficiency of enterprise management through the scientific management of supply chain inventory management has become an important development problem faced by IEE Company.In this paper,qualitative and quantitative analysis,case analysis and other research methods in the supply chain environment inventory management in-depth study and discussion,from the IEE company status analysis and inventory management,pointed out that the IEE company inventory management problems: consumption of material inventory,The inaccuracies of the project BOM,the inaccuracies of the material shortage,the inaccuracy of the demand forecast(sales forecast and customer forecast),the way of spare parts management to be improved,the lead time of raw materials is longer,and the contract signed with the customer is not standardized And other issues,in-depth to explore its causes and found that the main reason is: inventory performance management to be improved with the lack of scientific forecast management process.In view of this,this paper presents a series of inventory management strategy optimization and improvement suggestions,such as: based on the actual IEE company,the inventory management needs analysis,the development of scientific and rational inventory management program,select customers,effective contractnegotiations,Related to the implementation of the implementation of inventory management and control,improve and play the role of inventory management related functions of the usefulness of the inventory efficiency of the timely forecast and adjustment,etc.,the inventory efficiency of timely forecast and adjustment,etc.,to improve the IEE Company And provide some reference for the effectiveness of inventory management in the supply chain environment.
