Research On Spare Parts Management For Project-driven Manufacturing Industry

The project-driven manufacturing enterprise is a kind of enterprise that designs and manufactures products in order to satisfy customers' project requirement,the characteristics of its product is customizable,diversity and hard to predict demand,which means that the management of spare parts for repair and maintenance is more complex compared to other relative industries.In order to manage spare parts of project manufacturing product effectively and reasonably,in this paper,the theory of spare parts management is in a deep and systematic research,and combined with spare parts management of parking equipment,the theory proposed in the paper is applied.The main content of the paper is as follows:This paper expounds the particularity of the spare parts management in the project-griven manufacturing products and principle of spare parts classification.The spare parts classification theory based on AHP&ABC is put forward combining the importanc with demand frequency of spare parts and the rationality of which is verified through being applied to the actual case.This paper analyzes the applicability of the existing various demand predicting theory in different types of spare parts based on the results of spare parts classification.The exponential smoothing method is used to forecast demands of AB spare parts,the correlation between the smoothing coefficient and prediction accuracy is analyzed,and a suitable smoothing coefficient is given;For CD spare parts,the variable demand forecasting model based on the reliability with external factors covariate is proposed,and the linear regression prediction theory is proposed for the external factors covariate.This paper defines the function of the spare parts center,and expounds the influencing factors of spare parts center's location.First of all,the candidate position of spare parts center is provided by gravity method,and then the spare parts centers location model considering the total cost and service level is put forward.Finally,the model is solved by using genetic algorithm.This paper discusses the inventory control strategy of spare parts,through the analysis of applicability of inventory control strategy on different types of spare parts,A spare parts inventory control strategy based on the order(s,S),B spare parts inventory control strategy based on the safety stock(R,Q),C spare parts inventory control strategy based on regular orders(t,S)and D spare parts inventory control strategy(S-1,S)that allowing stock shortage are proposed.
