Research On Online Game Enterprises Profit Model Innovation And Performance

In recent years,the trend of "Internet +" has begun to emerge,as an important part of Internet companies,the online game company has ushered in the golden development period.Since the end of the 20th century,China's online game companies have experienced decades of development.In the process of development,these companies have been continuously exploring,reforming and innovating the profit model to find the one that fits their own development,so as to seek for greater development.Unlike other kinds of companies,online game companies have its special features in their profit models.Nowadays,the online game companies no longer rely solely on the development or operation of online games to make profits.But facing broad market space,the online game companies try to expand new areas of development in film and television,animation and other industries.Combined with the advantage of the Internet,they not only enrich their own product form,but also promote their profit model innovation.In this paper,we hope to analysis the profit model innovation and financial performance of 37 Interactive Entertainment,and think about the performance impact of the profit model innovation of online game enterprises.This paper firstly expounds the background,purpose,significance,literature review,innovation points,researching ideas and methods of the article,and gives a brief introduction to the relevant theories that need to be applied.And then on this basis,this paper introduces the basic situation of 37 Interactive Entertainment and its previous profit model.The paper uses the SWOT analysis model and the Wall Marking Way to make an evaluation of the previous profit model,so that the necessity of making profit model innovation is expounded.After that,this paper gives an overview of the current profit model of 37 Interactive Entertainment.the theory of industry chain and the theory of profit model element is used to explain the innovation of the profit model.Combining with SWOT analysis,this paper explains the improvement of the profit model innovation in the strategy.And the performance impact of profit model innovation is illustrated by the data comparison of the Wall Marking Way.Finally,combining the previous analysis,the existing problems of the profit model are discussed and the suggestions are put forward.
