Today's "Internet +" is developing very rapidly,leading to a large number of traditional industries have begun to transition to the Internet.There are many ways to transition,in addition to transforming their business;they can also create a network of their own points system.The integration of major brands as a tool with which to thank their customers enhances brands.Customer feedback is just an integral service that the user together with the product,they can enhance user stickiness,optimizing user management,combined with an active role in a number of businesses;the integration of domestic and foreign manufacturers has become an essential marketing tool.By studying Points Mall development status domestic and foreign,on the basis of the theory of interaction design and user experience,combining product design and user research in both directions of Internet product design methods design a new Internet Points Mall products.The main purpose is to optimize the Points Mall user experience through research,to develop new integration usage scenario through product analysis,user interviews,questionnaires and a mathematical modeling approach.Then consider the interactive behavior and product design and build Points Mall interactive design optimization model.Interactive design model as a guide to designing a Points Mall Internet products,used in the new usage scenarios and use quantitative methods to validate the user experience in product design feasibility.The exact contents are divided into four steps.First,analyze the composition and influence points Mall factors;secondly to establish Points Mall interaction design model on the basis of the first step in the study.The third step is combined with the first two steps of research interactive design model as a reference,the completion of the new points mall product design.Finally,the process of verification points Mall user experience product proved to optimize the results of new products.
