Discussion On Promotion Mode Of Highbred Pear Tree Of Yangxin County

Forestry technology generalization is the bond of forestry and technology into productivity.A plan,under the 13 th Five-Year Plan,released by the State Forestry Administration of the People's Republic of China on Sep 22,2016,raised an important task to accelerate the forestry achievement transformation.This task was listed into ten major projects of the 13 th Five-Year Plan.Forestry science and technology development confronted a lot of opportunities,but also more challenges.The forestry and technology achievements transformation application is particularly prominent.Improvement of forestry technology generalization,and speed up the transformation of forestry science and technology has become a major topic in forestry development.How to make health and sustainable development of forestry technology generalization is a problem that we need urgently to solve.With the popularity of smart devices and the advent of the era of mobile Internet,many new technology promotion means have emerged,including WeChat.It is the most popular free instant communication tools,and can spread news precisely and initiatively.Currently,WeChat has become a well-deserved big mainstream channels of information release.The powerful information dissemination functions serves the forestry sector to carry out the science and technology,the promotion of new technology provides unlimited possibilities.A t present,there are no intensive studies on the effect of Wechat promotion platform,and the difference between traditional marketing model and new promotion model both in domestic and foreign countries.In this study,a new fruit tree breeding varieties extension model of “generalization agents + Wechat + cooperation + farmers” was constructed,with pear Xinli No.7 as an example.Related literatures on forestry technology generalization models were retrieved.Every step involved in the process of pear Xinli No.7 variety promotion was investigated using questionnaires and interviews,such as farmers,cooperations.Based on field experiments,the significance of Wechat platform and feasibility of “generalization agents + Wechat + cooperation + farmers” were analyzed selectively.Additionally,social and economic benefit of Wechat promotion model was compared with traditional government leading marketing model,and problems existed in the new technical promotion platform was explored.There are four advantages of “generalization agents + Wechat + cooperation + farmers” technology popularization mode.Ones is technical experts have rich profession knowledge,who can provide free technical service for farmers continuously.The second is the convenient,vivid,and active Wechat platform can realize information exchange between experts and farmers with no time and geographical constraints,which speed up the promotion of new technology.The third is the bond effect of cooperatives,through which science and farmers were connected directively and layed the ground for new technology promotion.The fourth is it can bring economic benefit for farmers and achieve the ultimate goal of the new technology promotion.There are a few shortcomings of “generalization agents + Wechat + cooperation + farmers” technology popularization mode,such as vulnerable technology promotion informationzation and insufficient funds of authority department.Visualization technology of pear varieties Wechat promotion platform needs further study.Suggestions and countermeasures of Pear Xinli No.7 varieties promotion platform are as following,strengthen construction of technology promotion informatization;solve technical promotion of "the last kilometer" problem;optimize combination of cooperatives,associations and other social forces,and lead the technical promotion funds diversified investment;strengthen the construction of county and township levels technology popularization system,and increase service at the grassroots level of technical strength.
