Study On Agricultural Technology Popularization Mode Of Agricultural Research Units

Some issues existing in management system and operating mechanism of agri-technologypopularization, it hindered the development of modern agriculture of china. It mainly reflected in:research couldn’t provide good service for production; agricultural sci-tech research couldn’tensure sustainability; agricultural sci-tech innovation doesn’t closely linked with achievementstransformation. Especially the separation between research and popularization was increasinglydifficult to satisfy the needs of agricultural production and the technical requirements of farmers,that was impairing the importance of agricultural sci-tech to rural economic development.Exploring the effective mode of technology popularization which was conformed to nationalconditions and character of agricultural industry, that was significant to establish a pluralisticagricultural technology popularization system. Agricultural sci-tech innovation and achievementstransformation have been identified as two basic tasks of “agriculture, countryside and farmers”.Both agricultural sci-tech resources and technological achievements mainly came from thescientific research unit in china. So the scientific research units should take up the mission ofagri-technology popularization system and playing a role in achievements transformation andapplication, that not only could increasingly promote the innovation ability and efficiency, but alsocould develop modern agriculture and improve sci-tech level.In this paper, agri-technology popularization of scientific research units were taken asresearch foundation, by using questionnaire survey, literature and comparison method. Throughresearching the mode of scientific research units agri-technology popularization, mechanism,history and policy of its was analysed. New mode and experience of scientific research unitsagri-technology popularization were summarized; problems and shortcomings were found out.Some countermeasures and suggestions of the current agri-technology popularization were putforward, such as emancipating the mind, strengthening the construction, enhancing ability,perfecting the system, establishing the mechanism and so on. At the same time, the followingpolicy suggestions were put forward to establish the dominant position of scientific research unitsin agri-technology popularization system, set up regional popularization union and high-techagricultural parks and increase the special financial allocation in achievements transformation.Decision-making reference were provided for innovating the mechanism of agri-technologypopularization, exploring the solutions of problem in agri-technology popularization system, anddiscussing scientific research units how to play a vital role in agri-technology popularizationsystem.
