With China's social development into the new normal,economic development will also enter the new normal,China is in an important strategic transition period,the transition period of China's social relations complex,contradictory,arduous task.In this transition period,is the national implementation of the overall strategic layout,the process of economic structural adjustment focus,but also from labor-intensive industries to the transformation process of high-tech industry;realize the transition from labor driven to human capital driven.Enterprise senior management as the enterprise is one of the most scarce human resources,the competition among enterprises has become a key factor in the central position in the enterprise,has a vital influence on the survival and development of enterprises.As an important core human capital,executive compensation has been a hot topic of government and scholars.China's state-owned enterprises,is the world's any country cannot ignore the economic body.The current Chinese economy has entered a critical period of reform,economic restructuring,state-owned enterprise reform,supply side reform as the keynote to promote economic development,is the focus of the new normal period.The reform of the government to have the determination and perseverance,as China economic subject of the state-owned enterprises,will be landing in the supply side reform,and create new economic growth momentum,the future development of the entire China economy,classification of state owned enterprises reform and governance,is one of the key measures at this stage of the reform of state-owned enterprises.This paper Chinese economy is the new normal of the research on compensation incentive theory is applied to practical work,to review three incentive theories and the domestic and foreign executive pay as the basis,using the method of combining theoretical research and empirical analysis,taking "Classified Governance of state-owned enterprises as the research perspective,2014-2016 the 189 A shares of state-owned listed companies based on relevant data,studies the current executive compensation incentive system of state-owned listed enterprises existing problems,and puts forward corresponding measures to solve the new normal and the particularity of state-owned listed enterprises.The purpose is to encourage enterprises to develop solutions for executive compensation,to provide the necessary theoretical support;improve the enterprise operating efficiency for enterprises to solve the incentive problems in the future,the government,and state-owned enterprise executives related content,to provide the corresponding reference.
