Business Enterprise Inventory Sharing Model Research Based On Big Data

Along with the development of the supply chain and the Internet technology,the degree of market competition is increasingly fierce,as well as commodities have presented characteristics like category of diversification and rapid elimination,so the inventory management of business enterprise is facing a bigger challenge,which is that inventory backlog with out of stock and that inventory cost is too high.In order to reduce the inventory costs and inventory levels of commercial and trade enterprises,commercial enterprises have been looking for more suitable inventory management mode.The advent of the Big Data and Shared economic era,provides a new perspective of thinking and constructs a new thinking mode for people,makes the virtual inventory management theory get better development and use,and provides a new thinking direction just for the research of business enterprise inventory sharing model.Though comparative analysis method,field survey method,case analysis method,etc.,this paper puts forward the inventory sharing model of business enterprises based on big data,and analyzes the implementation of the cost model and countermeasure which focus on the internal stock share,and use a typical case enterprise to analysis of the model.Firstly,taking inventory sharing as the core content,this paper elaborated the thought of building inventory sharing model from supply chain and virtual inventory management theory,based on big data and a large number of references,which help to analysis the research status both at home and abroad through the literature review method and trade enterprise inventory management present situation,and put forward business enterprise inventory sharing model based on big data with the three forms-enterprise internal inventory sharing model,storage resource sharing model,information sharing model.Secondly,to verify the validity of the model,we exemplify in the first form to construct the enterprise internal inventory sharing model and do not sharing model,based on hypothesis analysis,combining the theory of inventory cost,and do comparative analysis and logical deduction though comparison analysis method.Lastly,in the paper,we build and implement inventory sharing model based on big data for the case enterprise,and demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the model through case analysis method.
