| Networked manufacturing is the combinative outcome of advanced manufacturing technology and network technology, That is, networked manufacturing is the total name of a series activities, including productions design, manufacture, distribution, stock, management etc in the manufacturing enterprises by network technology. Networked manufacturing technology can by used to carry out all the producing and distribution activities in the enterprise, and also can cover the every part of product lifecycle. And new challenge and chance can bring to our native manufacturing development by the new produce form. In the networked manufacturing, virtual enterprise is its main organizes form. So, this paper researches the product inventory management of virtual enterprise in the background of networked manufacturing with Education Science Research Planning Project Liao ning province, main contents as follow:Firstly, the current research statement is discussed and analyzed. And current research results and their localization are summed up. New ideas and innovate point are brought forward on the base of them. This paper analyzes the enterprise's type under the networked manufacturing circumstance, especially analyzes and researches inventory management system of product for the virtual enterprise under the networked manufacturing circumstance, and gets the configuration chart of virtual enterprise.Secondly, the research of inventory management method is primary of this paper. This paper researches inventory management method to product lifecycle management based on Virtual Inventory. What's important, inventory management method to product lifecycle management is brought out and analyzed its mathematics basic, presented the idea of this method. This method doesn't emphasize mechanically the conventional inventory management, but emphasize the inventory management to product lifecycle and how to change the policy of inventory management in the time function of product. |
