In recent years,with the rapid development of new information technology and the changing market demand,the television media industry and its related cultural and creative industries have undergone unprecedented changes and development.With the development of new media represented by Internet,TV,as the carrier of traditional information communication,has broken its core status in media market.This paper sorts out the development process of TV media industry both at home and abroad,combining the characteristics of China's television media industry development,looking for the reasons for the transformation of domestic TV media business development,as well as the direction and characteristics of business transformation.By means of social network analysis on the changing trend of the customer relationship network and business case corporation relation network within a period of tools to study,in-depth study of the interaction of customer relationship network and business case enterprise relationship network,analysis the influence factors of the business transformation and development of TV media advertising company.This paper probes into the impetus of the development of information technology and the change of market demand to the business transformation of traditional TV media advertising companies.This study not only helps to judge the case company to form the correct direction of business transformation,to build its competitive advantage in the market;and help enterprises to adapt to the trend in related fields of technology development and market demand,promote strategic and business transformation.
