Since 2010,the proportion of web-based take-out fast-food in the catering industry has gradually increased.After the germination,development,expansion of market competition,it has entered a relatively stable period of maturity.Competition between enterprises has shifted from the occupation of the market to reducing costs and improving quality of services.More and more companies begin to focus on optimization of distribution services.Proper distribution path and perfect distribution system as well as flexible emergency plan are the important factors to improve the distribution service quality and reduce the costs.The research on the distribution routing problem can provide references for the development of take-out fast-food industry.This paper establishes models based on two conditions.The first one is take-out fast-food delivered service supported by catering company itself and the second one is supported by third party platform.Taking the actual situation of the complex situation of urban roads into consideration,this article designs different distribution routing schemes in terms of normal traffic and traffic congestion.Through four numerical examples,the article proves the feasibility of the four models.First of all,this paper targets to understand the background of take-out fast-food and the research boundary.Essentially define the problem as a kind of VRP with time window and constraints of demand.Secondly,the article reseaches the scheme of take-out fast-food distribution route by catering company itself.Establishes models under the situation of normal traffic and traffic congestion.The models qualify the degree of customer satisfaction through fuzzy time window and set the optimization targets with the highest degree of customer satisfaction,minimum cost and the shortest distance.In the model of traffic congestion,time-varying network is used to describe the traffic.This paper devises a suitable way of coding and uses Genetic Algorithm to solve the model.Through two examples built on actual road network,the article proves the feasibility of the models with algorithm coded by Matlab.Thirdly,the article research the scheme of take-out fast-food distribution route by third party platform.Establishes models under the situation of normal traffic and traffic congestion.Based on the first condition,attach the pick-up to the distribution process of delivery.Add suitable constraints to the models and set the highest degree of customer satisfaction,profit maximization and the shortest distance as the optimization targets.Devise a proper way of coding and use Tabu Search Algorithm to solve the models.Through two examples,the feasibility of models and algorithm are proved.Finally,summarize the paper's major work and conclusions,analyze the shortcomings.Make an expectation to the research in the future.
