Research On Project Management Of Internet Public Sentiment Early Warning And Monitoring System In Appliance Industry

In order to further promote the use of project management theory,based on the home appliance industry project management process of early warning monitoring system of Internet public sentiment as the research target,adopts the PRINCE2 project management system related knowledge,innovation within the C company to establish a BCPP project management methods,based on the domestic and oversea industry present situation,the technical architecture,etc.,through the business arguments tuning and scope of the project planning,using comparative analysis,benchmarking analysis and the method of SWOT model of the system,in the progress of the project feasibility analysis,organization and risk control,through the TOPSIS method to support the project management,how to better explore the traditional home appliance industry project management solution for the Internet.In this paper,we adopt BCPP project management methods,at the beginning the business case(BC)in the process of analysis of the current situation of Internet public sentiment at home and oversea market,points out the importance of mastering Internet public sentiment information,at the same time,the existing home appliances industry carries out a comparative analysis on the present status of public sentiment analysis system,and USES the TOPSIS method for comprehensive evaluation on the feasibility of the project,thus in business merit and give strong support for the project feasibility;Second in the process of the project scope planning(P),combined with the project characteristics,demand analysis and C company own technology accumulation,sorting out the C company engaged in using the SWOT model in this paper,the research content of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,on the basis of above analysis,through means such as scope management of early warning monitoring system to the overall architecture as the breakthrough point,through the technical architecture and business architecture,established the project combining the path of the public sentiment and home appliance industry,explore our company in terms of scope management best practices at present;Finally in the process of project management of SP(P),effective defines the project organization structure,optimize the process of project process,as well as the quality management,financial management,plan management,change management and so on,strengthen the guarantee for the effective implementation of the project.
