As the popularization of economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology,enterprises are facing new opportunities as well as challenges.Traditional management tools and operational modes have been difficult to meet the growing market demand,organization without the ability of continual innovation will be difficult to survive in the future.On the other hand,with the advent of knowledge economy,knowledge-based talent has gradually become one of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Nowadays,innovation and change have become one of the most important theme of organization.How to inspire knowledge employees and to effectively play their important role in the organizational change and are the problems most organizations facing.Therefore,the study took the business managers and employees in the main cities of South China as the research sample,and used the multi-sources and follow-up investigation method to recover 204 valid matching questionnaires.Then,we discussed the effect of employees' participative leadership on their voice behavior,as well as the role of affective commitment and perceived insider status in above relationship.On the basis of literature review,validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and multilevel structural equation model analysis,the study found that:(1)participative leadership has significantly positive effect on employee's voice behavior;(2)participative leadership has significantly positive effect on employee's perceived insider status;(3)employee's perceived insider status has significant positive effect on employee's voice behavior;(4)employee's perceived insider status play a role of mediator in the relationship between participative leadership and employee's voice behavior;(5)participative leadership has significantly positive effect on employee's affective commitment;(6)employee's affective commitment has significant positive effect on employee's voice behavior;(7)employee's affective commitment play a role of mediator in the relationship between participative leadership and employee's voice behavior;This study clarifies the relationship between participative leadership and employee's voice behavior and its internal mechanism,which enriches the research of participative leadership and employee's voice behavior,and provides theoretical and practical suggestions for enterprises to stimulate and guide employees' voice.
