Based on the input-output analysis method, this paper explores the impact of Industry Association on China's economic development. In the first place,we integrate the industry association analysis method into the Solow model, and classify the manufacturing industry and service industry into several kinds,so that we can investigate the long-term dynamic effects of the industrial association. Then we apply the multi-country and multi-sector input-output model to the situation with only one country, and divide the total economic and technological effects into three parts:the multiplier effect, the correlation effect and the feedback effect, therefore we can conduct the comparative analysis among the three industries of United States,China and Japan. The results show that:the promotion of industry association can stimulate the regional economic growth in the long term;the industry association degree between three kinds of manufacturing industry and producer services may do good to the economic development, while the industry association degree between the high-end manufacturing and consumer services moves in the opposite direction with GDP per capita.By comparing the economic situations of the United States,Japan and China during the economic transition period,we found that we can put different emphasis on the three industries to deal with the industrial structure problem in China:we should give full play to the industry correlation effect of the first industry, and improve the endogenous growth ability of the second industry, while give sound consideration to the endogenous growth ability and the inter-industry correlation effect of the third industry at the same time.
