Research On Information Service Industry Development Of China Based On Input-Output Method

For the first time,the "13th Five-Year plan" proposed that,the State Council promulgated,it's time to promote the development of information economy in China through the implementation of "Internet plus" plan of action,big data strategy and other measures.The development of information economy has become the inevitable choice of upgrading the economic quality and promoting the upgrading of economic structure.As a key part of the information industry,the information service industry includes the core department of information economy,such as internet and telecommunication,software and information technology service and so on.The strategic position of information service industry is becoming more and more prominent.Facing the China's economic restructuring and upgrading,"the new normal" and other new situations and new background,information service industry will usher in the development of new opportunities,but also will face new challenges in industrial transformation.To explore the characteristics of information service industry and define the characteristics of the development stage of information service industry in China has great practical significance for promoting China's information service industry development process and making more targeted,scientific development measures.December 2015,the state announced the 2012 input output table which provided authoritative data for the study of the industrial characteristics of various sectors of the national economy.The article selected the input-output data of 2007 and 2012,and used the input-output method to study the development of information service industry in our country.First of all,the article summarized the research and the development status of information service industry in our country,in order to have a macro and overall grasp of the industry.Secondly,the article had a multi angle analysis of information service industry from three aspects of industrial connection,industrial input output structure and industrial spread effect,through the calculation of direct consumption coefficient,direct distribution coefficient,intermediate input rate,intermediate demand rate,induction coefficient,influence coefficient and other relevant economic indicators.Finally,combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,the article summarized the characteristics of information service industry in China,including high permeability,industrial concentration,endogenous growth capacity,the degree of integration to be deepened,industrial innovation,industrial transformation.According to these characteristics of the industry,the article put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,including speed up the transformation of manufacturing industry information,innovate industrial development model,guidance information investment and consumption scientifically,and create a good environment for industrial development.
