In this modern world,education is considered as a basic need of every person.Without education,people will be considered as a blind in next two decades due to the rapid increase in the digital and electronic world innovation.Education is a basic right of every human being and it seems to be considered as a key of success in this modern world.To achieve this goal,many educational institutions are working in the world to control these leaders of educational institutions who are as important as blood for human body.To improve their efficiency,every institutional manager select their leadership styles because leaders are performing vital role in the department of education.In various countries,different leadership styles are adopted.In this dissertation,most effective leadership styles have been discussed and comparison of Pakistan and china leadership style selected by educational management has been conferred.According to the change in behavior of people,it is very necessary to change the leadership style.Responsibilities and qualities of leaders can make their institutions highly ranked in the world.In this competitive world,creating stability in educational institutions is considered as one of the biggest challenges for management.The research purpose of this dissertation is to show some similarities and differences in different educational systems.
