With the progress of science and technology and seting up of the scientific development concept,China’s industrial structure is turning from "industrial economy" to "service economy".The service industry is the more vital to stabilize growth,promote employment,optimize structure,which is the main index to judge the competitiveness and modernization’s level of China.The eighteen fifth plenary session through "Proposal thirteenth five-year plan of CPC Central Committee on National Economic and Social Development" attaches great importance to the service industry,and puts forward the "relax access of market and promote quality and efficient in development of the service industry".However,in the "13th Five-Year" period,promoting reform of the service industry is facing lower value-added,unreasonable structure,which is the tricky problem to solve.The essence of E-business of China is "efficient,sharing and convenient",which has become an important means to solve the problem of lower value-added and irrational structure of service industry in our country.Through the research of the mechanism of influence in E-business on service’s development,the correlation and influence of the key indicators of the service industry and the development of the service industry,and the way of promoting the progress of the service industry.With the development of China’s E-business and the development of foreign advanced experience.We give some proposals in the development of China’s E-business to promote the progress of the service industry.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part is the introduction,including background and meaning of the topic,literature review,primary coverage and ideas,research methods,possible innovation as well as shortcomings.The second part is the theoretical basis of this paper,which mainly introduces the definition,characteristics,influencing factors,the service industry and the impact and challenge of E-business on development of China’s service industry.The third part carries on the quantitative analysis to our country’s E-business as well as the service industry present situation and the existence question.The present situation of E-business application in service industry in China.The fourth part selects the relevant data of 2005-2015 in China,using econometric correlation analysis,influence degree index of E-business and serviceindustry in China by regression analysis,clear path to promote the E-business of China’s service industry development.The fifth part is the analysis of foreign E-business experience of the advanced countries and the enlightenment to China,relevant research results of the sixth part of a comprehensive consideration of the previous five parts.In order to promote the progress of our country’s service industry,some feasible measures and suggestions are given to develop our country’s E-business.
