An Empirical Study On The Impact Of The Development Of China's Agricultural Productive Service Industry On Farmers' Income

Under the background of structural reform of agricultural supply side,build an agricultural productive service system that provides complete intermediate services for prenatal and postnatal agricultural production processes can bring many benefits.For instance,increase the value of agricultural industry chain,optimize the agricultural industry structure,broaden income channels for farmers,thereby increasing the income of farmers.Based on the theories of Marx's industrial upgrading theory,technological progress theory,agricultural labor transfer theory and western economics labor division theory and transaction cost theory,this paper explores the theoretical basis of agricultural productive service industry development on promoting farmers' income.On this basis,the paper analyzes three transmission mechanisms as well as the development of various types of agricultural production service industry on promoting farmers' income in China.On the basis of theoretical analysis,creatively use 3SLS method to test the three conduction mechanisms and further use the panel data model to study the different impact of various agricultural productive service industries development on promoting farmers' income in China's different regions.The results show that the development of agricultural productive service industry in China mainly through improving the agricultural labor productivity and promoting the reallocation of agricultural surplus labor force to increase farmers'income.While there are regional differences to increase farmers' income through optimizing the agricultural industry structure.Specifically,the optimization of agricultural industry structure is conducive to promoting the increase of farmers'income in the central and western regions rather than in the eastern region.Besides,the study also found that agricultural policy environmental is the largest promotion factor to increase farmers' income and the development of agricultural distribution services,agricultural finance and insurance services and agricultural technology extension services are conducive to increasing regional farmers' income.While agricultural distribution service is conducive to increasing eastern and western region farmers' income but it is not obvious in the central region.The main body of this paper is divided into the following four parts,part one is related concepts and theoretical overview,including the definition of agricultural productivity service industry and the theoretical basis of agricultural productivity service industry development on promoting farmers' income;part two is normative analysis of China's agricultural productivity service industry development on promoting farmers' income,including three conduction mechanism and mechanism effect analysis;part three is empirical study of agricultural productivity service industry development on promoting farmers' income,including the 3SLS test of three conduction mechanisms and the regional different impact of different types of agricultural productive service development on promoting farmers' income in China based on the panel data model;part four is policy suggestion for the development of agricultural productive service industry from the perspective of improving agricultural policy environment,optimizing the agricultural industry structure,promoting agricultural technology progress,speeding up rural financial innovation and the construction of modern rural market circulation system on the basis of empirical conclusions.
