Study On The Relationship Between Environmental Information Disclosure Level And Financial Performance Of Listed Steel Enterprises

Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development,while iron and steel as an important strategic resource in the development of the national economy,the rapid development of the national economy has greatly promoted the development of China's iron and steel enterprises,the development of listed steel enterprises especially rapidly,but the iron and steel enterprises in the development process,also induced many ecological environmental problems.With the increasing importance of ecological environment protection in China,the level of environmental information disclosure of listed Steel Corp has become the focus of attention.This paper focuses on the analysis of the relationship between the level of environmental information disclosure level and financial performance of listed iron and steel enterprises,and puts forward some practical countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the domestic and foreign relevant research,this paper is based on the current situation of China's listed iron and steel enterprises,the current situation of environmental pollution and the status quo of environmental information disclosure.First of all to the enterprise environment and financial situation analysis,found that environmental pollution status of listed steel companies in China is not optimistic,the iron and steel enterprises in the development also brings a different degree of damage to the environment;most of the listed steel enterprises environmental information disclosure is not perfect,do not set up a special department of environmental information disclosure.There is a close relationship between the level of environmental information disclosure and corporate performance.Then,select the relevant indicators,and from 7 aspects of the impact of environmental information disclosure level and environmental information disclosure and financial performance of the relationship between the two angles,put forward the research hypothesis.This article uses SPSS and Excel to carry on the correlation analysis and the regression analysis to the data index.Finally,this paper obtains the research results through empirical analysis,and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the enterprise environmental information disclosure from the perspective of the enterprise itself,the government and the society.This paper is helpful to found in the disclosure of environmental information of listed steel companies,provides a theoretical support for the effective promotion of listed steel enterprises of environmental information disclosure and corporate financial performance level,is conducive to promoting the sustained and rapid development of enterprises.
