A Study On The Development Of New Agricultural Management Main Body In Tai'an Banking Industry

Agriculture is the foundation of our national economy,the development level of agriculture is not only directly related to the level of rural economic development and rural social stability,but also related to China's social economic development and security and stability.The new agricultural business entities is the traditional agriculture to the modern agriculture transformation emerged to scale,industrialization is the main characteristic of agricultural enterprises,new agricultural business entities to develop and grow,one can change into agricultural economic institutions,promote the development of agricultural industrialization,on the other hand the development of new agricultural business entities also faced with difficulties,among them,the shortage of funds has become a major factor in the development of new agricultural business entities.Although rely on government funding to promote the development of new agricultural business,but the new agricultural business entities to obtain government health investment lasting development alone is not enough,to obtain financial support has become the new agricultural business entities solutions and major solutions funds shortage from banks and other financial institutions.At present,the rural financial institutions to safeguard their own interests and avoid financial risks,most of the loan funds to invest in the construction of agricultural infrastructure projects,coupled with the lack of agricultural insurance business development and direct financing difficulties,the new agricultural business entities can not timely and effectively obtain the necessary funds from financial institutions.Therefore,it is imperative to promote financial support for the development of new agricultural business entities,to explore new channels of financial support for the development of new agricultural business entities.The Tai'an City financial support new business entities agricultural development as the main research object,with the Bank of Tai'an as an example,first to the domestic and foreign scholars research results about the financial support for the development of new agricultural business entities are summarized,then the concept and theory of financial support of new agricultural business entities involved in the development are described;then a comprehensive analysis the basic situation of the development of new agricultural business entities in Tai'an City,through the analysis found that 2011-2016 years,new agricultural business entities in Tai'an city has developed rapidly,but generally faced with the problem of shortage of funds,especially the farmer cooperatives and family farms serious shortage of funds,although the Tai'an financial institutions to support the development of new agricultural business entities of capital the rise is still difficult to meet its development needs.Next to the Bank of Tai'an as a financial institution in Tai'an City samples by using empirical analysis method,a detailed analysis of the Bank of Tai'an financial support for the development of new agricultural business entities,measures,and the existing problems through the analysis,although the Bank of Tai'an does not belong to the agriculture related financial institutions mainly,but actively play its social responsibility,2011-2016 years to support new agricultural business entities of the credit funds increased year by year,continuous innovation of financial products,the service level is more and more high,but it has low,the new agricultural business entities to grant credit loan guarantee measures can not be implemented,credit limits,and the duration of the loan is not reasonable,fewer financial products etc..According to the Tai'an financial support of new agricultural business entities on the basis of the existing problems in the development of domestic and international experience in other areas,combined with the actual development of Tai'an City,from the two aspects of the financial institutions and the government has put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the financial support of the new agricultural business development level of Tai'an city.
