Cloud Computing,Internet of Things,Mobile Internet and Big Data are becoming a new direction of industrial development and hot spot in today's information technology,which will have a huge positive impact on people's production and life,bring profound changes to the economic and social development.The development of the global hydropower industry will bring a large market and more intense competition.In the each step of industry chain of marketing,investment,financing,planning programming,procurement,construction,equipment manufacturing and operating maintenance,there is urgent demand of cost decreasing,benefit increasing,transformationand upgrading.Based on XX Hydropower Group's effort in forging the largest and the most professional cloud platform in China's hydropower industry,the central government's “the Belt and Road” initiatives,the group's three strategic plans answering clients' demands for integrated services of industrial chain and promoting marketing by big data resources and digital planning,and the group's transformation and upgrades in three aspects,i.e.upgrade of the group,mutual benefits and upgrade of the industry,the paper puts forward an evolution idea of “Internet + Energy” from “Ability +” to “Business +” to “Industry +” in order to realize further integration of the entire industry and the Internet,and reconstruction of industrial services and values.It suggests a way to seize the great opportunities in the age of “Internet+” and using a complete set of information technologies(mobile Internet,cloud computing and big data,etc.),to build up the first “Internet + Energy” industry cloud platform in China,so that XX Group can realize industrial upgrade,global marketing and international management.It will also promote the integration and industrial upgrade of traditional energy construction industries in aspects of engineering,river basin and resources.It determines cloud services and product strategies by looking at the groups' related theories concerning cloud platform strategic targets and marketing management,and considering customer segments of the hydropower industry,explores the coordination between multi-agent cloud service and product research,the pricing strategy of cloud products and services and the interest coordination of multiple subjects,and discusses and analyses cases in the group to guarantee the professional feature,integrity and innovativeness of products and services traded on the cloud platform in the hydropower industry.At the same time,the rationality of the product and service prices of cloud platform is guaranteed.The realization of strategic goals of the Group's cloud platform and the rapid and healthy development of hydropower industry can be according to the strategic research of cloud platform of hydropower industry.
