Compared with western developed countries,the household service in China started late.Owing to the influence of the traditional prejudice,the lack of sufficient support from the government,the disorder of the market management,and the absence of skills training,the supply and demand of the industry is far from balance.Traditional homemaking companies only focus on the business introduction and the earnings instead of making subsequent efforts to improve the service quality,which causes risks to both the customers and the workers.As a labor-intensive industry,the ability of household service to absorb employment is just inferior to the construction industry,so that a large number of surplus labor will be provided with work.On the other hand,another new round of the baby boom will hit China since the beginning of two-child policy in 2016.Since most two-child parents are not young and they have much more economic conditions,they choose nurses to look after the babies.However,there is such a large market that the current situation of the household service industry in China cannot meet people's demands.Besides that,Zuo yuezi is Chinese characteristics tradition,so there is no such Researches in abroad,which means new mothers have to rest indoors for one full month after giving birth.Therefore,we are lack of successful experience for operating a household service company on Zuo yuezi.After I know the situation and the characteristics of household service,I find out the development of household service on maternity nanny is influenced on customers' satisfaction degree and employees' satisfaction degree.So In order to guide the enterprise's profitability,this research will base on CSI and MSQ,and combine the results of satisfaction survey questionnaires on Customer and employee with the characteristics of AA company,to formulate a management strategy and analyze the feasibility of finance.Since AA company has not been established and there is lack of successful experience,this paper will not only tell household service companies to cultivate and sustain the employees' satisfaction and loyalty,and also can help companies understand the values among employees,customers and companies.Based on the point view of both employees and customers,it will explore the development and management of AA household service company,providing theoretical basis and risk anticipation for his benign operation.
