At present, there are some problems in China's coal enterprise, for example , lower level of management, lower efficiency, frequent accidents of coal ,and so on . That the employees' satisfaction degree of coal mine enterprise relates to safety production and economic benefits directly is well known . Therefore, it has the great theoretical and practical signification to study the employees' satisfaction degree of coal enterprise for enhancing the management level, economic benefit and security production of mine enterprise.In this paper, author studies to the employees' satisfaction degree in XJ Group. With the help of the department of Human Resources, we survey the condition of employees' satisfaction, study some employees' satisfaction variables using the structural equation modeling and principal component analysis model.According to study, we gain some results. 1.That the overall level of employees' satisfaction degree is lower and only has 3.31 points; 2.The employees of coal enterprise think work safety and wages are the most important and their influence coefficient is 0.81; 3. The employees' satisfaction degree is strong impacted by expectations and actual feeling, expectation influence coefficient is 0.88 and the other is 0.94; 4. The influence coefficient of satisfaction, expection and resignation to job performance are 0.56,-0.32,0.23 respectively;5.The resignation and wage is strong correlation, their correlation coefficient is 0.93;6.different people have the clear divergence on some factors, and so on .At last, with the conclusion of the study, author gives some suggestions to improve the employees' satisfaction degree of coal mine enterprise for using in practice.
