The Impact Of Japan's Fiscal Expenditure Structure On Household Consumption(1995-2014)

Japan is the government's leading market economy countries,although the Japanese government spending increased in recent years,to a certain extent,contributed to the residents' consumption in Japan,but compared with other developed countries,Japan's residents consumption rate is still low.In 2012,Shinzo Abe,as Japan's prime minister again and then pursue of Japan's economic stimulus plan." Abenomics" is an important content : Improve people's confidence Through massive quantitative,and enhance residents' expectations of inflation,to achieve the purpose of promoting domestic consumption growth.Thus,Japanese government focus on Japan's domestic demand is insufficient.Meanwhile Japan's fiscal expenditure structure of Japanese residents' consumption is directly related to the influence of macroeconomic policy formulation in Japan,so how to optimization of Japan's fiscal expenditure structure,improve the ability of Japanese residents' consumption has become the important content of Japan to make macroeconomic policy.Then,Analysis of the Japanese fiscal expenditure structure and the present situation and problems of the development of the residents' consumption in Japan according to the relevant statistics,then using the econometric model and the grey correlation analysis method to analyze the relationship between both,finally come to the conclusion and put forward to promote the advice,and has the certain enlightenment to our country.The article use the VAR model and use Japanese fiscal spending and consumer economic data of 1995-2014,to analyze the three kinds of force size to Japan's personal consumption expenditure.The results indicated that: economic,social,and maintenance spending will be private consumption in Japan.But the degree of impact on private consumption is distinguishing.Among them,the social spending for Japan's mass consumption into effect is the most obvious,followed by the economy of fiscal expenditure,the maintenance of fiscal expenditure is the last.Based on the empirical analysis,the article concludes the corresponding analysis,and put forward policy Suggestions from three aspects,promote the consumption of the Japanese people.At the same time,China is in the special period of rapid economic growth,Japanese experiences and lessons from the financial expenditure structure has the certain enlightenment to our country,specially adjusting fiscal expenditure scale,prevention of financial crisis,to perfect all kinds of financial expenditure structure.
