Research On The Relationship Between Economic Development And Marital Rights

The relationship of marriage is one of the most basic relationships in human social relations.Women are indispensable in the family,but female marital rights have been taken seriously consider until modern society.With the development of society,attention to female marital rights has become the only way to build human rights.Throughout the feudal society,the female economy is attached to the male,and the social marital rights generally show a characteristic that the female are inferior to the male.In the traditional society,because of economic independence,female marital rights are changing around the rights of men,and the main purpose is to maintain the "male power society" stability.Male rulers according to their own needs,established a clear standard of behavior of men and women.In addition,women have lost the consciousness under long-term male slavery.The second stage,in modern society,the female economy is gradually independent,women began to pursue equality between men and women.Since the Taiping period,the pursuit of equal autonomy began to sprout.The Reform Movement of 1898,the May Fourth Movement and other democratic revolutions promote the process of female pursuit in equality between men and women.Until the Chinese Communist Party in power,the development of female marital rights is entering a new stage.The economic status of women is getting higher and higher in the implementation of reform.Thus,the corresponding marital rights of men and women become more and more equal,but the traditional male superiority is still existing.This article mainly discusses the relationship between female marital rights and social economy.According the degree of women dependent on men,the relationship is including attachment and non-dependent.The first chapter mainly introduces the manifestation of female marital rights when women are dependent on male economic relations.There are two kinds of personal attachment in the economic dependency,one kind is the attachment between the different individuals.The other is the individuals attach to the organizations.In the state of individual economic dependence on the individual,female marital rights are mainly show two characters,one is through the feudal society,female marital rights are consolidated from the male rights.Another is female "early right" has become a victim of male hegemony.During the reign of the organization,the female marital rights are changing based on the Chinese CommunistParty's needs at any time,the female marriage has become a tool to maintain the relationship with the revolutionary military.The second chapter mainly introduces the influence of the feudal ethics on women in the process of equal realization.Although the marital status of women has been improved compared with traditional society,female marriage is more to withstand the money.During the same period,same-sex marriage began to appear,and more western countries began to legislate to protect the same-sex marriage.The third chapter is thinking the marital rights as a tool.Through the simple analysis of this process,it can be more clearly observed that female marital rights are changing with the change of economic status.At last,I am expecting this paper to be a reference in the future.
