The Financing Model Analysis Of Yuanmengyuan Cluster Project

In today's era of rapid economic and social development,small and medium-sized enterprises have been exerting a crucial function,is the major driving force of the contribution of China's national economy,in promoting employment,promoting economic growth,market competition,maintaining social stability and so on.More and more important role.However,due to a variety of external and internal constraints,in the world,small and medium enterprises are faced with financing problems.This paper is based on the study of project financing of Yuanmengyuan cluster and the research of small and medium-sized enterprise financing in China.In the first part of this paper,the definition of the concept of small and medium enterprises for the follow-up discussion.After that,the thesis analyzes the problems of SME financing,analyzes the characteristics of SME,and focuses on the causes and solutions of financing difficulties.SMEs financing characteristics of the discussion,one of its operating status,the second is the economic and social position,the third is the financial affairs.On account of the present circumstance of China's small and medium-sized enterprises,,focusing on analysis of the main factors,to identify specific ideas affect the financing.The choice of financing depends on the supply side and the demand side,first of all from the demand side is the small and medium enterprises,based on specific conditions in China,the main factors for the following five business characteristics: corporate governance structure,ownership,growth,Regional differences.From the supply side,the financial system in the choice of supply is particularly important,so the financial system is the focus of this paper analysis factors.The other significant factors are: laws and regulations,the system set up.From the supply and demand sides to consider,the more symmetrical information,the greater the possibility of capital flows,the higher the transaction efficiency.Therefore,based on the idea of supply and demand analysis,this paper summarizes the four main aspects of the factors to analyze.Namely,financial system,enterprise characteristics,information production,financing risk and cost factors.Finally,combined with the appeal analysis,the solution to the plight of SMEs financing difficulties.After this study,the proposed effective countermeasures and suggestions,to ensure that China's SMEs more sustainable and stable development,contribute to domestic economic development greater strength.
